The staff was extremely great and courteous. the service was terrific. - the location was incredible and excellent, near a marvelous castle.

The place was clean, I booked the twin room with courtyard views, everything was really good. The restaurant was excellent with excellent staff here, I had tasty dishes

Small things not working at hotel. TV system not set up correctly and not delivering programming. The TV's are small compared to the furniture and size or room. The bathroom had one set of towels each day, but we checked in as couple in double room. Shower drain not working. Plastic cups. A few inconsistencies.

Excellent breakfast. Varied and high quality. Wonderful restaurant staff. Attentive gin bar with numerous gins. Lovely pool with attentive lifeguard.

The hotel has a great spacious and stlishh feel to it,And the service was very good in the hotel and spa.And last but not least the staff were friendly.

The hotel location was particularly good in his activity. Plus, it was so close to a marvellous castle, a nearby restaurant and mountains. The room we had included a safe box, a minibar, and central heating.

The bed was very bad in this place.

There is no restaurant in the hotel although it is still mentioned on their website. There is however an excellent restaurant on walking distance.

Was a lot of problems with the water. Happend around 4 times in a 3 night stay that there was no running water and we had to call the reception to get it fixed.

Modern architecture, surrounded by green hills with a nearby castle. Outdoor pool with a snack bar and golf course. Relaxing health spa. Delicious breakfast and professional, helpful staff. Stunning natural and architectural surroundings.

Excellent restaurant not available for guests for dinner, but they catered for busloads of visitors. Recommended the restaurant next door at the Golf Club, was said to be "very good", in fact was very average.

Modern and stylish hotel. We stayed there just 1 night but manager surprised us with upgrade to suite (nice)

Location is poor. It´s far from Vicenza and you can find it only with GPS.
